When you want to package your own workflow into a reusable skill, or an existing skill under-triggers and needs diagnosis and improvement.
Caution
Evals and benchmarks call the model repeatedly and consume noticeable tokens; this is Anthropic's official implementation — the concepts port well but the scripts assume the Claude ecosystem.
