Full data control over the Redis instance at --url: write, modify and delete any key, publish to pub/sub channels, create and manage Streams consumer groups. Redis commonly backs sessions and caches, so this indirectly reaches the state of those upper-layer systems.
Risk
Production Redis means immediate blast radius: clearing or rewriting session keys logs every live user out, tampering with queues feeds malicious jobs to downstream workers, and pub/sub broadcasts fake messages to all subscribers. An injected agent using these tools for lateral movement is stealthier than editing database rows.
