What it can touch
Synthetic demo tools and data; it does not touch your filesystem or network. Its value is making a client exercise all three primitives and the transport layer end to end.
Risk
Almost no inherent risk, but do not wire it into a daily workflow: it is a test target whose outputs are synthetic fixtures for protocol testing, and a model treating them as real information will draw false conclusions.
