What it can touch
Outbound calls to the Context7 cloud service: which library, version and query terms you look up all go to Upstash's servers. No local file access and no credentials to the libraries themselves.
Risk
Queries reveal what you are working on (e.g. looking up a security-related library can read as an intent signal); returned docs enter the model context and are theoretically an injection vector, though sourced from an official-docs index — lower risk than arbitrary web pages. The API key carries usage quota.
