The exploration phase reads the whole codebase; design and implementation phases write code into your workspace; the review phase reads the changes back. It exercises the full file and shell permissions you gave Claude Code across a multi-phase flow.
The command and the three agents are Claude Code-proprietary formats (slash-command Markdown + subagent definition files), and the 7-phase flow advances through Claude Code's session and subagent scheduling. Other hosts cannot run it directly.
Risk
The risk of a 7-phase automated flow is momentum: wrong early assumptions (misread requirements, wrong architecture) get amplified into large volumes of written code that is expensive to throw away. Do not skip the human confirmation points between phases — they are exactly where the design leaves room for a human gate.
