Parallel subagent launch and aggregation, plus PR comment posting, are built on Claude Code's agent machinery and command format; the confidence-filtering logic lives in the plugin's command and agent definition files — Claude Code-proprietary loadables.
Risk
The 80-confidence threshold cuts both ways: filtering false positives also silently drops low-confidence real issues; 4 parallel agents are token-expensive; --comment posts reviews publicly to the team, so a wrong accusation lands on real people. It assists review — it does not replace the human responsibility for it.
